I enjoyed the modern design the hotel offered. The atmosphere had a nice scent I found very relaxing. I also appreciate that room furnishing had a great layout.
I did find the gym had only a few running equipments. Three were actually out of order, a big disapointment.

The location had easy access to transportation. It only took me about seven minutes to walk to the metro. Burjuman mall and Carrefour are each only a short walk from the hotel.

The room I stayed in featured a comfortable king bed. The room was quiet, and it gave me plenty of space. I was happy I had enough room.

Breakfast was superb, and it offered a lot of variety. I especially like the way they cook and serve poached eggs. I was also happy with the bread selection they had.

The hotel staff was always kind, and very helpful. From the reception desk to the cleaning staff, I received great service. Everyone greeted me with a smile as I went around the hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a vast selection of foods to choose from. it catered to various dietary needs with many vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. the dinner was delicious and rich! i reminded me of royalty because of the service i received. the location proved convenient. It was a short walk to both burjuman mall and the metro station.
i noticed that some standard toilet amenities were not readily available. i had to specifically request them. i think it would be beneficial if amenities such as toothbrushes were available without a request. this would elevate the experience further.

The omelette station was efficient. A staff member took orders directly. i enjoyed steamed chicken buns, and chef mohammed was very kind. many fresh fruits and cakes were available for dessert.

The hotel features two swimming pools. One is on the first floor and another on the 19th floor. i saw a spa also on the 19th floor. a barber shop is available on the ground floor for added convenience.

The breakfast featured both indoor and outdoor seating. Servers were always available, attending to all guest needs. The Indian breakfast options impressed me. The omelette preparation station was efficient with dedicated staff.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, I didn't find the hot water flow adequate. This minor issue did not significantly detract from an otherwise excellent experience.

i booked a room with a view but the view was nothing special it overlooked another building mostly the curtains had some stains i asked for a room change it was not possible without extra payment this was disappointing the service was slow too i waited a long time for my requests to be fulfilled
